A description of the Products are detailed on our Website. We will provide the Products with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.

We aim to produce images that accurately represent the color of a bag or other item; however, this can vary between computer screens and therefore the color may differ. .

All listed items are subject to prior sale.  We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Products described on the Website without notice.  We reserve the right to cancel or decline your order or any part of your order at any time, at which time you will receive a refund for any out of stock items.

Following receipt by us of your Order for Products purchased via the Website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your Order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We will confirm acceptance of your order forming a Contract by sending you an email that confirms the Goods have been dispatched (Order Confirmation).

A legally binding agreement (Contract) between us and you shall come into existence when we have:

1. accepted your offer to purchase Products (Order Confirmation)

2. received payment of the relevant Fees from you

 

We strive to ship your order out as soon as possible.

 

Delivery of an Order shall be complete when the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control, such as postal service delays. The Products are owned by you once we have received the Fees in full, including delivery charges, and you have received the Order Confirmation email.

Shasta Bag and its owner are not responsible for any loss or damages caused by using the products that are sold.
