Refund Policy
Shasta Bag products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. Returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please e-mail contact@shastabag.com to initiate a return or exchange. -
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs will not be refunded when an item is returned.
Once the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment source.
If you receive your handbag and find it is damaged or has a defect, please e-mail contact@shastabag.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.
